Order Shipping

Shoes shipped within the continental United States are sent free of cost to our customers.

Shoes are shipped U.P.S. ground anywhere within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico must be shipped UPS air at an additional charge).
Shipping charges

  • Overnight and two day air shipping is available at an additional charge.
  • We do not ship overseas.
  • Orders are filled Monday through Friday 9AM- 4PM.

No Sales Tax

No sales tax for orders shipped outside of New York State. Orders shipped within New York State will be charged sales tax of 4.375% for items valued over $110.00. There is no sales tax for New York customers on items under $110.00!!! There is no sales tax charged on shipping cost.

Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns of unworn, resale able merchandise for REFUND when received by us within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. Shoes must be returned in the original box and must accompany the original sales receipt. All returns must be preauthorized. Contact customer service for instructions. Freight charges are not refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
